ARE YOU SELLING YOUR HOME ? DO YOU HAVE A NEW TENANT MOVING IN ?
Here are the things that you will need to have completed before selling your home :
• Occupancy Certificate , call the Township Office and schedule an appointment with our Code Enforcement Officer
• Dye test , completed by a certified plumber
• Municipal Lien Letter
• Final Read will be completed 2 days before closing .
A Property Registration form will need to be completed for all new Tenants .
The Occupancy Inspection form , Dye Test form , and Property Registration form can all be found on our website , Reservetwp . com , under the General Documents Tab .
