Students Premiere Instrumental Skills at Strings Concert
Recently, 70 fourthgrade first-year string students participated in their very first orchestra concert at Shaler Area Elementary School. Students performed music they worked hard to learn over the course of four months. Furniture of the Future
The Shaler Area Sustainability Club presented their ideas for“ Furniture of the Future” at Workscape, Inc. Did you know that over half of the solid waste in landfills comes from construction and demolition projects? Workscape, Inc. aims to provide their customers with durable and sustainable furniture and construction materials. We are grateful to have had the opportunity for students in the The Shaler Area Sustainability Club to present their concepts and learn about furniture and construction sustainability from these professionals!
