Touch-a-Truck returned to Shaler North Hills Library on Sunday , June 30 , from 11 a . m . to 2 p . m . Attendees enjoyed the opportunity to explore various work vehicles and interact with their owners . A “ No Horn Zone ” was in effect from 11 a . m . to noon for those wanting a quieter experience .
