Dear Shaler Area School District community ,
It is with great excitement and a profound sense of responsibility that I step into the role of Superintendent for the Shaler Area School District . I am honored to serve this vibrant community and am committed to working collaboratively to ensure our students receive the highest quality education .
With 15 years of dedicated service within the district , I see the remarkable achievements that occur within our community every day . This fuels my enthusiasm and determination as I embark on this journey centered on collaboration with our staff , board members , and community to propel our district ’ s continued success .
To guide our path forward , I have developed a 100- Day Entry Plan centered around three core principles : engage , empower , and excel . This plan will serve as the foundation for understanding our district ’ s strengths , addressing our challenges , and setting a clear vision for the future .

I firmly believe that a strong partnership between the school district and the community is vital for our collective success .
