Sewickley Heights is ranked among the neighborhoods with the most stunning front yards in the United States , according to a poll of real estate professionals by Waste Removal USA . The organization commissioned a survey of 3,000 real estate professionals in order to unveil the neighborhoods and towns which host the nation ’ s 130 most stunning residential front yards — an ode to America ’ s green-thumbed heart . Sewickley Heights is known for its large estates featuring expansive front yards that reflect a country aesthetic , including rolling lawns , equestrian facilities and natural woodlands . All of these contribute to the charm and beauty of Sewickley Heights , making it one of the top three Pennsylvania neighborhoods recognized in the survey , along with Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia and Shadyside in Pittsburgh .
