Hydref , which means “ autumn ” in Welsh , was started to commemorate the Welsh heritage of some of our early settlers . Traditionally , the entire town and countryside joined in the annual Market Faire . You will meet skilled 18th century craftspeople , reenactors and “ sutlers ” ( purveyors of 18th century goods ).
