WALK “LIVE” CLASSES ARE HERE!
Leslie Sansone’s Walk “Live” is appropriate for women, men, teens
and children -- all ages and levels of fitness! Amy Broniszewski
is a certified Walk Leader Walk “Live” is a 3-mile indoor walk
completed in 45 minutes. Using four basic steps, participants get
a heart-pumping, calorie-torching aerobic workout using music
to keep the pace. Participants will use all muscles in the body
by incorporating simple arm movements to build the intensity
of the workout and provide strength training. No fancy workout
clothes required -- all you need are a good pair of walking shoes,
comfortable clothes, a towel, and a bottle of water. Join us
to walk away the pounds! It’s EASY and fun.
