is conducted by members of the Ross Police Bicycle Patrol, who
perform safety inspections on helmets and bicycles for those
who participate. The children also have the opportunity to ride
a bicycle course and upon completion, each child receives an
achievement certificate. This is a fun event for all, with a serious
goal – child bicycle safety.
Child Identification Safeguards – An important service that is
offered at special events is Child Fingerprinting. Several times a
year, one or two Special

events for the purpose
of completing child
fingerprint cards for
your records. This is a
resource that a parent
hopes they will never
need, but brings peace
