KINDERGARTEN
REGISTRATION
Enrollment is open to students who turn five (5) years of age prior to August 1, 2020
and reside in Ross Township or the Borough of West View.
Step 1: Register Online
Families must first register their student online. Get started at nhsd.net/~/kdg-reg.
Step 2: Schedule an Appointment
Once online registration is complete, families must schedule an in-person appointment to
complete the registration at the student’s school.

Parents/guardians with students who turn five (5) years old in August 2020 or
September 2020 and seek admission to kindergarten must call the school.
Do not register or schedule a registration appointment online.
• Students who turn five (5) years old in August must take and pass the district’s readiness assessment.
• Students who turn five (5) years old in September must take and pass the district’s readiness assessment
and participate in a psychological assessment.
