BALLET / JAZZ CLASS
Instructor: Tanieccia S. Rubenstein A native from Maine, Tanieccia has performed in several modern and contemporary ballet companies in the New England states and in Pittsburgh. Tanieccia is a multi-faceted personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and dance educator. She enjoys teaching ballet class and sharing her passion and for overall health and wellness.
Adult Beginning Ballet- Suitable for the beginner teen / adult as well as students who would like to work in a slower paced environment. Attention is paid to proper body alignment, use of the legs and feet, and developing movement sequences through coordination of the arms and head. Classes will consist of barre exercises that focus on proper alignment as well as the steps which foster core and leg strength and flexibility. The center work will introduce elementary steps, simple jumps, as well as turns.
