There will be a FREE introduction class on Monday, April 3rd at the Evergreen Community Park building at 3430 Evergreen Rd., Pgh PA 15237. Class will be from 6:16-7:15pm. All following classes will be held at the Ross Community Center gymnasium.

Contrology, developed by Joseph Pilates, is the art of controlled movements that improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the body. Muscles become balanced and key areas( core, glutes, legs and back) are strengthened leading to improved posture.
Feel the difference in your body in this 8 week session as you deepen the connection between your mind and your body, developing focus and control over movement. Bring your mat, wear comfortable clothes and begin to build a foundation to support you in your daily activities.
