Spearheaded by Shaler’s Tom Quigley as a project of Glenshaw
Presbyterian Church, GOE’s success is because of the collaboration
of Quigley, the Borough of Etna, the Allegheny County Health
Department and many volunteers from the community. The garden is
available for residents to grow their own vegetables and also benefits
the Bread of Life Food Pantry and the All Saints Food Pantry. Visit
the website for more information on volunteering or signing up for a
garden space.
