ROSS TOWNSHIP COMMUNITY CELEBRATES INDEPENDENCE DAY
Ross Township was filled with patriotic spirit on Saturday, June 29 as the community came together for its annual Independence Day Parade and Fireworks Celebration. The festivities began with a parade along Perry Highway from 2 to 3 p. m., starting at St. John’ s Church and concluding at Brandt’ s Funeral Home.
Later in the evening, the celebration continued at 1000 Ross Municipal Drive from 5 to 10 p. m., where families enjoyed food trucks, a petting zoo, live music and more. The night ended with a spectacular fireworks display that lit up the night sky.
