Ross Township requires residents to collect their leaves for recycling in paper recycling bags. Leaf bags are for sale in bundles of five, at the Municipal Building, Monday /through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The cost is $2.50 per bundle. During autumn, senior citizens (65 and older) who are Ross residents receive five (5) free leaf bags. Dates for Leaf Bag Pickup- the Township will pick up leaf bags from mid-October through the end of November. Dry leaves, small twigs, or dead plants are acceptable for leaf bag disposal.
