Learn to move with purpose with contemporary Pilates exercises that help balance muscles, improve body awareness and core strength while combating the effects of excessive sitting, texting and other consequences of our high tech society. This class is perfect for athletic cross-training, or if you are just starting to exercise. Bring your mat, wear comfortable clothes and get ready to stretch and strengthen! 10-weeks starting Tues, September 10, 6:30- 7:30 pm Ross Residents: $80 Non-Residents: $90 GENTLE YOGA This class is an integrative blend of breathing techniques, yoga warmups and postures, cool down and deep relaxation. Modifications will be given for each posture to personalize the practice. Potential benefits of this class include: increased mobility, flexibility, stability, calm, and inner peace.
