Feel the difference in your body in this 10 week
session as you deepen the connection between
your mind and your movement. Learn to move
with purpose with contemporary Pilates exercises
that help balance muscles, improve body
awareness and core strength while combating
the effects of excessive sitting, texting and other
consequences of our high tech society. This class is
perfect for athletic cross-training, or if you are just
starting to exercise.
Bring your mat, wear comfortable clothes and get
ready to stretch and strengthen!

GENTLE YOGA
This class is an integrative blend of
breathing techniques, yoga warmups
and postures, cool down and deep
relaxation. Modifications will be given for
each posture to personalize the practice.
Potential benefits of this class include:
increased mobility, flexibility, stability,
calm, and inner peace. Please bring a
yoga mat. All levels welcome!!
