With eight Health and Wellness Centers throughout the region , you can drop by and have a cup of coffee , laugh with friends , and take care of your health all at once . And for your convenience , this program offers transportation to and from the centers and to medical appointments .

The vibrant centers are committed to inclusivity and diversity , as they welcome seniors from all walks of life to join their program . They offer a complete network of medical specialists to cover the full spectrum of medical and health care needs , from diseases like dementia to physical disabilities . Comprehensive health care teams help coordinate care with access to physical and occupational therapists , dietitians , social workers , and more .
