• Accumulated financial surplus totaling more than $5,000,000
• 3rd consecutive budget adopted without a tax increase. More than

• Funded over $100,000 in student safety improvements for the Plum
School District
• Obtained nearly $1,000,000 in grant funds for storm water
infrastructure and neighborhood parks
• $15,000,000 investment in the future of our community’s
selling $15M in municipal bonds at the lowest interest
rates in US bond market history for infrastructure repairs
and improvements and the construction of a new
Boro building
• Consistently outstanding annual financial audits
from independent auditors including the
Governors’ Office of Management & Budget; PA
Department of Transportation and PA Auditor
General’s office without any management
findings, internal control deficiencies, and
financial recordkeeping in accordance with
the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

with migration to cloud-based Microsoft

Federal Department of Justice-level
security for our network

land use activities and manage Boro
infrastructure

for police patrol division to equip officers

• Annual Soccer Camp by Quick Skills Soccer Training for children 4 to 14 at Larry Mills Park

Soccer Tournament
