Celebrate , LEARN & GIVE :
HOLIDAY LIBRARY PROGRAMS MAKE A DIFFERENCE !
Over the holiday season , patrons of all ages visited the library for a variety of programs . These ranged from holiday concerts ( the Jubilee Ringers of Trinity United Methodist Church performed holiday bell music in the library lobby ) to history programs ( a local historian presented a program about WWI ’ s remarkable 1914 Christmas Truce ) to service projects ( participants in Cards for A Cause made holiday cards for local long-term care residents ). In our Youth Services Department , kids , teens and families made ornaments and holiday treats , attended Elf on the Shelf storytime , decorated mini trees , crafted Elf Barbies , made holiday bracelets , and played dreidel games — among many other festive and fun activities !
