CARDIO TENNIS This is an aerobic program with music utilizing tennis drills that will really help in building your endurance .
JUNIOR PROGRAMMING This is a great opportunity to experience entry-level completion ; the Junior Development Program begins January 2022 and runs through March 2022 . Students will learn the game of tennis through a series of drills , games , and conditioning that increases with intensity and complexity as your child advances through the program .
