eters Township native Mark
Minjock is doing his hometown
proud. A second lieutenant in the
United States Army, he continues
to serve our country proudly with a sense
of duty he has felt from a young age.
Minjock, 22, is the son of Mike and
Pamela Minjock. He graduated from
Peters Township High School in 2014,
and was a member of the football and
track teams. Born and raised in the
Pittsburgh area, Minjock is a huge
Steelers, Pirates and Penguins fan.
After high school, he earned a degree
in criminal justice from Waynesburg
University. Minjock was a record-
breaking sprinter on the track team
during his time at Waynesburg, and
