expected, doing more is what
will set you apart.” That advice instilled
in her a can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves
perspective that made her one of the
top-selling agents in Peters Township
and one of the top 10 agents in
Washington County.
Background
Born and raised in Long Island, New
York, Joanne worked as Vice President
for Citigroup’s Electronic Home Banking
division, serving as a liaison between the
retail branches, operations, marketing
and sales. After the birth of her first
son, she became a stay-at-home mom,
raising her two boys. Her experience
at Citigroup, as well as her extensive
volunteerism with the PTA, school board
and other civic groups, led her to real
estate as a natural extension of her career
when she moved to Peters Township in
2012.
“The common thread between what I
was able to accomplish in my corporate
career, my extensive volunteering work
and now real estate is working with a
diverse group of people towards a
common goal,” she said. “If you can run a
fundraiser, raising $35,000 in a weekend,
like I’ve done, and still be friends with the
vast array of volunteers you’ve worked
with, you can sell real estate.”
Experience
Joanne has enjoyed working with

listings, clients looking to downsize,
relocation clients and first-time home
buyers.

is to zero in on those needs. I moved
around often with work relocations, so
I know the consumer side of relocating
and moving very well,” she said. “I know
