ADULT PROGRAMMING OPEN CLINICS Experience instruction , strategy and fun while participating in these drills and games set-up to improve your game . DRILL COURT Fast paced drills with instruction for all levels of play . CARDIO TENNIS This is an aerobic program with music utilizing tennis drills that will really help in building your endurance .
JUNIOR PROGRAMMING This is a great opportunity to experience entry level completion , the Junior Development Program begins January 2021 and runs through March 2021 . Students will learn the game of tennis through a series of drills , games and conditioning that increases with intensity and complexity as your child advances through the program .
