Our menus change with the seasons, and Jacksons Executive
Chef Lee Corbett has introduced a number of exciting new items
incorporating the best the season has to offer.
As an appetizer, we’re loving the new Basil Tuna Carpaccio.
Sliced thin and served with wasabi tobiko, black garlic molasses,
crostini and micro basil, this dish offers the perfect balance of
flavor and personality.
Moving onto the main course, new entrées include the Pan Seared
Muscovy Duck Breast, Red Pepper Aioli Encrusted Branzino
and Wood Fire Grilled Scottish Salmon.
You’ve heard the buzz about the rise of plant-based substitutes,
and we’re excited to now offer the latest vegetarian “meat” that
is making even carnivores jealous. Try Jacksons new Impossible
Stuffed Cubanelle Peppers, loaded
with Tillamook cheddar, pepper
chutney and served with a
polenta cake.
