TOURISM PROMOTION
AGENCY WIN TWO
TELLY AWARDS
When the Washington County
Tourism Promotion Agency launched its
new branding and marketing campaign
for Washington County titled, “The
American Spirit Lives Here” in May, the
promotion agency and its marketing
firm, Savvy Fresh Washington, believed
they had a winner. Their instincts proved
correct as they won a silver and a bronze
award for craft-writing and general travel/
tourism in the 40th annual Telly Awards,
a national competition that honors the
very best in local, regional and cable
TV commercials/programs as well as
online commercials, videos, film and
video productions.
“We are so excited that our work is
being recognized on a national level
because it confirms that award-winning
video productions can be created by
small, talented agencies,” says AJ Brach,
a partner and Chief Creative Officer of
Savvy Fresh Washington, a local full-
service marketing agency.
