Aug. 21 through 25. Everyone who participated in the Summer
Reading Program is invited to redeem their points for a fun gift!

Interested in learning more about the
beautiful planet we call home? Assisted
by members of the PTHS SAFE Club,
every session will explore a different
environmental theme or issue. We’ll
have lots of fun, hands-on activities while
learning about our world.
Chinese Language for Children
Ages: Grades 2 through 8

Instructor: Barbara Chen, M. Ed. (native
Chinese speaker)
The pinyin pronunciation, characters,
phrases, basic expressions, and cultures
will be introduced. The program will
combine Mandarin Chinese lessons and
an extensive range of culture activities to
make sure our students get the most out
of their experience at Chinese language.
This free class is designed with the idea
that children learn best from the content
which is relevant to their everyday
lives. Beginners are welcome. Any
