1988, she knew no
one. With a background in teaching,
she used the opportunity to start a new

With her husband being the
former swim coach at Washington &
Jefferson College for 30 years, she’s
been particularly busy throughout her
career helping clients affiliated with the
college find housing in and out of the
campus community.

to identify a well-qualified buyer
through her office agents, took control
of the offer/counteroffer process and
had us within $2,000 of our list price
within a few days. She then assisted
in the inspection and removal of
the contingency period and finally
placed the sold sign on our front lawn.
Heather’s follow-through made this
our best real estate transaction ever,
