s kids we learned our different
body parts and how they all work;
as teens we focused on ways to be
fit and strong with nutrient-rich
foods and exercise. As adults, we
tend to lose track of what we learned as our daily tasks,
jobs and routines interfere with remembering how to
proper ly care for ourselves. Our bodies are all different
from head to toe, and staying healthy and feeling your
best is important at any age. And healthy bodies make us
happy—and happiness is good for your health.
