They realized that there were many salons that offer haircuts, but not that cater to and serve the middle class. At Great Clips Verona, it is all about affordability and treating customers like family.
There is nothing more important to them than family. In fact, it was their daughter Aleina’ s diagnosis of autism that pushed them to purchase the salon. Great Clips Verona is one of the ways they plan to support their daughter’ s future financial needs. The goal is to use the proceeds from the salon to provide a legacy of care for Aleina as she grows older.
In this way, they are serving their community now while also preparing to serve their daughter’ s needs later. The Maiti family of five is growing the salon so Aleina will have something to fall back on later in life. This pure motivation to succeed will also benefit patrons. One thing is for sure: Aleina’ s autism needs have taught this family how to take care of others.
