LIGHT UP NORWIN 2024

The annual Light Up Norwin parade , presented by Norwin Rotary , took place Nov . 21 at 5 p . m ., kicking off the holiday season in downtown Irwin . The event featured festive floats , marching bands and a special visit from Santa . Before the parade , attendees enjoyed shows , shopping , dining and the lighting of the Norwin Rotary community Christmas tree .
