PRAYING TO MAKE A
DIFFERENCE
Spending just an hour a week at
First Presbyterian Church on North
Hills Road in Murrysville, the Moms
in Prayer group meets for structured
prayer for the area schools, students
and staff. It is open to all women of
any Christian denomination in the
community. There are groups who pray
for preschool through college-aged kids,
as well as grown children in their careers
and grandchildren. To get involved

and behaved dogs are welcome in the
courtyard. Salsa Sam’s also caters any event

Salsa Sam’s has expanded from farmers
markets to a local restaurant located at 209
3rd Street in Irwin.
Salsa Sam’s offers award-winning salsas
and queso and handcrafted guacamole
as well as authentic southern California
tacos. It also offers Mexican street bowls,
soups, blackboard menu and kids menu,
as well dishes unique to this area. Plant-
based vegetarian and vegan options are
also available.
Salsa Sam’s utilizes sustainable local
ingredients, and is “not a typical Mexican

Number tickets, a great holiday gift idea.
The fundraiser is based on the Pick 3 Day
and Evening PA Lottery games. Each
$25 number is valid from Jan. 1 through
December 31, 2020—yours for the entire
year! Daily winners receive a minimum of
$25 up to $150 on select days throughout
