The Norwin Public Library will be opened for the entirety of the Caruthers Lane construction project. The upper parking lot of the library remains open and fully accessible for parking and can be accessed via Rt. 30. We’ re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your continued patronage.

Prevention strategies to reduce tick bites and improve early diagnosis. The seminar will cover background, transmission, and prevention.
Founding Father and Grandfather Thursday, July, 16 at 6 p. m.
Presented by Ken Koncerak. Ben Franklin and George Washington are our Founding Grandfather and Father, but how much do you know about their lives?
Roberto Clemente- Life and Legacy Tuesday, July 21 at 6 p. m.
A volunteer docent from the Roberto Clemente Museum in Pittsburgh will provide us with an inspiring presentation on the life and legacy of“ The Great One.”
Trivia Night at the Library Thursday, July 23 at 6:30 p. m.
Join the Norwin Library for a 50-question general knowledge trivia night. This is a team competition with a maximum of five players per team. You can create your own team or we’ ll create one for you.
Top 10 Scams Against Seniors Thursday, Aug. 6 at 11 a. m.
Presented by the Office of the Attorney General. This presentation will break down the top 10 scams currently being used in PA.
Virtual Visit with Adams National Historic Park Thursday, Aug. 13 at 2 p. m.
Guides will discuss the life and times of this extraordinary man.
Virtual Visit with the Henry Ford Museum Thursday, Aug. 20 at 2 p. m.
Join us for a virtual visit with Henry Ford’ s Greenfield Village. We’ ll visit the actual houses of Robert Frost, Noah Webster, the Wright Brothers, Henry Ford, H. J. Heinz and more.

Chess Knights for Beginners Monday, Sept. 21 and Oct. 19 at 6 p. m.
For those in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Learn how to play chess with instructors from Queen’ s Gambit. No prior knowledge is needed, just a willingness to learn.
European Spanish For Kids Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 6 p. m.
An introduction to European Spanish with our instructor from GR Digital Ventures LLC. This session is for those in 1st-5th grade only.
