NORWIN COMMUNITY PICNIC The 92nd annual Norwin Community Picnic , hosted by the Norwin Chamber , took place at Irwin Park on Aug . 7 . The event featured train rides , a duck race , bingo , games , food trucks , live music and dance performances . Attendees enjoyed a day full of fun plus a prize drawing , making it another memorable celebration for the community .
