Perkins Dental was founded in 1965 by Dr.
Thomas L. Perkins. “Doc’s” practice was in his
home in Bradfordwoods until 1989 when he
relocated to a new office at 101 Bradford Road in
Wexford. In 1991, his son, Dr. Thomas P. Perkins,
joined Perkins Dental, where he currently practices
with his sister, Dr. Gretchen Perkins.
Over the past 25 years, Dr. Tom has completed
extensive continuing education programs in
dentistry including programs in full-mouth
restorative dentistry, interceptive and adult
orthodontics, TMJ treatment, las er dentistry, sleep
apnea, and implant dentistry. He has numerous
community and professional affiliations, including
the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania
Dental Association, Pankey Institute and the
International Association for Orthodontists, and
has been selected by his peers as one of Pittsburgh
Magazine’s Top Dentists since its inception in
2008. Perkins Dental has been serving Wexford and
surrounding communities for more than 50 years.
