finding. It can be easy to avoid this
possibility and eliminate surprises by having

before listing it.
Clean & Organize
It’s imperative to give your home a
thorough “spring cleaning.” Be proactive and
start cleaning now; you’ll be glad you didn’t

you clean before listing your home:
