VINCENTIAN ACADEMY
PROUDLY PRESENTS ‘ANNIE’
Vincentian Academy Musical Theatre
Program presented ‘Annie,’ Feb. 22- 24
and March 1, at the Greater Pittsburgh
Masonic Center.
Annie escapes from her miserable orphanage
in 1930s New York City to search for her
parents. Annie finds that the sun always comes
up “Tomorrow.” The tale shows that, despite
very difficult times and circumstances, Annie
remains positive and resilient, pushing through
and never giving up hope.
Vincentian Academy’s production was
primarily funded by Vincentian Academy
Theatre Boosters, and represented a culmination
of efforts from more than 25 percent of
the school’s student body—enhancing the
beauty of the final production as a remarkable
achievement by these young men and women.
Vincentian Academy, established in 1932,
is a world-class, co-educational Catholic high
school located in the North Hills. It provides
a prestigious college preparatory experience
to a growing population of more than 240
students. The academy encourages each student
to develop and pursue interests in academics,
arts, athletics, and other activities to ensure a
balanced and fulfilling high school experience.
