NASH PERFORMS ‘ LEGALLY BLONDE ’
North Allegheny high school students delighted audiences in this year ’ s spring musical , “ Legally Blonde ,” performed at North Allegheny Senior High School ( NASH ) from March 1 through March 5 , with a special senior citizen performance on Feb . 28 .
Based on the novel “ Legally Blonde ” by Amanda Brown and the hit 2001 movie of the same name , “ Legally Blonde : The Musical ” follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she enrolls at Harvard Law School to win back her ex-boyfriend . In the process , she tackles stereotypes , snobbery and scandal before realizing her own potential and setting out to prove herself to the world . The action-packed story came to life on NASH ’ s stage with memorable songs , dynamic dances and a playful script .
