April Moose Lasta and Pierson Lasta , daughter and grandson of Robert Moose , accept his posthumous Athletic Hall of Fame award . Bob Moose was a multisport high school athlete and was drafted as a pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates at the age of 19 . He pitched for the team from 1967 until his death in 1976 .
