“We invest in our clients, not products,” Laurel said. “I always
approach every client with the mindset of putting myself in their
shoes—what would I need if I were them and how can I achieve that?
By doing things that way, we’re not pushing anything on the client,
and we’re not pushing them out the door with the hard sell.”
