Prior to the commencement ceremony, Kira Renyck was presented with a $ 200,000 ROTC scholarship by Chief Nickolas Hix of the Monroeville Recruiting Station. Kira is the second Franklin Regional senior to receive this prestigious scholarship award following Nathan Snyder.
