GREAT PYRENEES CLUB TO HOST GOLF TOURNAMENT
The Great Pyrenees Club of Western PA will host a golf tournament on Aug. 31 at Edgewood Country Club, bringing together golfers, local businesses and animal lovers to support the rescue’ s mission of saving and rehoming large-breed dogs throughout Western Pennsylvania.
The fundraiser will help provide medical care, foster support and second chances for dogs in need.
One recent success story is Porche, who was abandoned along with her 6-day-old puppies. Only one pup, Lambo, survived, but thanks to the rescue’ s efforts, both received care, were placed in a loving foster home, and ultimately found their forever family.
Stories like this highlight the impact of the Great Pyrenees Club and the importance of community support to continue rescuing dogs and giving them a new beginning. n
