Named after conservationist, botanist, landscape designer and master gardener Ann Rudd Saxman, this 10-acre park is a hidden gem right by the commercial hub of Greensburg! It may seem small for a spring hike, but its self-guided nature trail has an abundance of blooming trees, shrubs and plants to inspire and educate. A spring adventure about 20 minutes away awaits you at this 1,200-acre park! Take a bike ride, or walk on the two-mile Lakeside Trail, a level loop that travels around the lake at the park. Lynch Field is the starting point for the 5 Star Trail network, a rail with trail that stretches from Lynch Field in Greensburg to Youngwood that is located along the Southwestern Pennsylvania Railroad corridor. Other amenities for this park include baseball and soccer fields, playgrounds and picnic pavilions. Need a break from the sun?
