You can achieve total body fitness for optimal health with the
SuperSlow Zone personal strength training system in 20 minutes only
once or twice a week. Gone are the days of “3 to 5 hours a week for
exercise.” Another time-saver is exercising in what you are wearing for
the day or change into workout clothes.
20 Minutes IS Optimal – How Does It Work?
SuperSlow Zone personal strength training is a ‘system’. Our
accredited, certified Instructors ensure each component of our system
works with the precision of a symphony, enabling you to achieve
optimal fitness and health goals over time in minimum time.
You work out in an uplifting, clean, ideal and clinically-controlled
exercise environment on professional, medical-grade strength training
equipment under continual expert-supervision of your Instructor.
Personal attention and expertise focused consistently only on you.
Giles and Dianne Lieb, Owners
In each appointment you exercise on 5 to 7 pieces of equipment,
learning a slow and controlled method to safely and effectively
exercise your muscles to momentary muscle fatigue.
What does this mean? In a simple sense it means that you push until
you can’t push any more.
Why? Momentary muscular fatigue stimulates your body’s own
growth mechanism to “make more muscle.” It should be viewed as
a signal to the body that it needs to get stronger in order to meet the
demands being placed upon it.
What about Cardio? Don’t I also need to take care of my heart and lungs?
Cardiovascular conditioning can be achieved with your SuperSlow
Zone® workouts!
Strength training performed with adequate resistance and intensity,
with little to no rest between machines, increases the demand on
the cardiovascular system and provides significant stimulation for
improved cardiovascular efficiency.
The cardiovascular system supports muscular work by supplying
oxygen and nutrients to and removing metabolic wastes from working
muscles during physically demanding activities.
Cardiovascular improvement allows more physical activity with
less fatigue. Strength training at SuperSlow Zone® is safer and more
efficient, providing better cardiovascular conditioning than traditional
aerobic activities.
If you desire the best cardiovascular exercise—and you should—
SuperSlow Zone personal strength training IS the best because it is
far more safe and efficient at maintaining continuous load upon the
skeletal muscles, resulting in enhanced proliferation and dilation of
the coronary arteries—those vessels that feed the heart muscle.
