BUILDING BRIDGES WITH HEINZ
HISTORY CENTER
1 p.m., Monday, Feb. 18
As a “City of Bridges,” bridges are
important to the history of Pittsburgh
and remain vital to the city today.
Learn basic bridge building principles
using K’Nex and then construct a
bridge out of maker-style supplies to
see if you can innovate based on the
structural models. For 1st and 2nd
graders. Registration begins Feb. 1. This
program was generously funded by
Matt’s Maker Space.
