KEEP YOUR TEETH & GUMS HEALTHY
A big smile can say a lot about your overall health, so if you’ve
been skipping out on the dentist, you may want to schedule your

Shandor’s Yoga Room
I
CARNEGIE DRIVE, MOUNT LEBANON
began my studies in the science of Hatha Yoga 20 years ago, with
regard to the physical body as an instrument for one’s journey to
perfection. By now, I have experienced the truth that muscular
development of the body does not mean a healthy body, for
health is a state when all systems function perfectly under the
intelligent control of the mind. At Shandor’s Yoga Room, I instruct
upon the purification of the body, both inside and outside; the
practice of Yogic postures; the control of the vital breath through
Yogic breathing; and the stilling of the mind through meditation. I
offer private one-to-one classes at Shandor’s Yoga Room, and I also
travel to bring meditation instruction to class/office groups.
• One-to-One Private Instruction in the
