Where Family
Comes First
When your local fitness center becomes more than just another
fitness center, the whole family can benefit and become a part of
the sensation! This is exactly the concept that Cool Springs Sports
Complex is embracing as they enter their second year of being in
business this Fall.
“Some maj or renovations are taking place here at Cool Springs”,
says Matt Quinn, General Manager of Cool Springs. “We have a
great environment for families here and we are enhancing this
environment by expanding in a few areas that we felt are needed
by the community while keeping our current offerings going to
our members.” What are some of these renovations? Cool Springs
scores big time with their new additions.
First up is they are adding Kid Care! The Kid Care area can
accommodate children in age ranges from 6 months to seven
years old and is designed for parents to drop off their children
while they work out and it’s full of toys, games and arts and crafts
activities. Just like every Cool Springs staff member working
directly with kids, the Kid Care staff have all clearances and
background checks to work with children.
Secondly, they are expanding their group exercise offerings
to include Cycling and TRX classes, in addition to the already
popular Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi classes. Quinn states “A second
multipurpose room is available and will provide members with
more space for expanded group exercise, birthday parties and
general meeting space for events like bridal or wedding showers.”
The renovations are geared towards promoting family
memberships and increasing the usability of the facility by
members with families. With family memberships just $99 a
month, checking out this place and what is included with that
membership is a must!

In addition to more programming and space for activities, Cool
Springs will be offering camps for children. The holiday camps
will be the first to debut, with a Thanksgiving camp, followed by a
Christmas camp in December. The camps run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
and are available in several formats ranging from daily to weekly
participation schedules. “Basically everything that we offer on our
campus will be offered as a camp for kids,” Quinn said. “The prices
are very affordable with Holiday Day camps being $39.99 for the
day and future Summer Camps being $199.99 for the week. What’s
more, all camps are open to members and non-members.”
