Yoga en Espanol 7 p.m., Mondays, July 31- August 28 Kids ages 10 through high school are invited to these 60-minute basic Vinyasa Yoga classes taught in Spanish with Barbara Garcia-Bernardo, a native of Spain and certified yoga instructor. The class is suitable for all levels and no prior experience is required. The flowing sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility, find mental focus, and teach you how to listen to your body. Each class will begin with warm-up flows, followed by a creative standing/balancing series, floor work, and stretching, and end with a savasana (a resting pose). Each participant should bring a yoga mat, small towel and water. Great for Spanish language students.
