A PROPER SEND-OFF Do you have an old flag that needs to be retired? The library now has a drop box for old flags. Alexander Peltz created the box as a Boy Scout Eagle Project (the Boy Scouts ceremoniously retire worn American flags). The box is located on the upper level next to the elevator. SUMMER READING KICK-OFF PARTY! 9:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 19 Sign-up for our summer reading club today! Activities and fun for all ages. Library Director Robyn Vittek thanks Alexander Peltz after he installs the flag drop box. 1:30-3:30 p.m.: Play with drawing machines from the Children’s Museum and take home some spiral-y artwork!
