INEVENTS MT. LEBANON JUNIOR WOMEN’S CLUB HOSTS ‘THE MAD HATTER’S BALL’ BENEFITING FOSTER LOVE PROJECT Mt. Lebanon Junior Women’s Club held its 21st annual gala on March 24 to benefit the club’s major grant beneficiary, Foster Love Project. Held at Cefalo’s Banquet and Event Center, the “Alice in Wonderland”-themed evening was filled with silent auctions, luxury basket raffles, a wine pull, a strolling magician, and a DJ. “We are thrilled to devote our efforts this year to raising funds for Foster Love Project. We have been inspired by the countless dedicated individuals who give of their time to this 100-percent volunteer-led organization. Since its inception in 2014, Foster Love Project has grown rapidly to meet the needs of foster families. It is my hope that our fundraising efforts this year will help to enrich this robust community of volunteers and solidify Foster Love Project as a lasting resource in southwestern PA,” said Becki Campanaro, Mt. Lebanon Junior Women’s Club President. The Mt. Lebanon Junior Women’s Club was founded in 1968 by 10 civic-minded women. The club’s goal is to continue their legacy of giving back to the community through civic, philanthropic, and social activities. MLJWC focuses its efforts on supporting organizations that improve the lives of women and children. It is a dynamic group of women accomplished in career, family, and community involvement and includes nearly 100 members. Membership in MLJWC is open to women living in Mt. Lebanon and surrounding communities whose interests are consistent with the purpose of the organization. PHOTOS BY PRIMETIME SHOTS 16 724.942.0940 TO ADVERTISE ❘ icmags.com
