OLSH provides abundant academic and extracurricular opportunities . Learners of all levels are prepared for college with AP courses , special support programs , and a variety of electives . As an independent sponsored ministry of the Felician Sisters , OLSH is well-positioned to make an OLSH education accessible to families across the region who desire it . Families are awarded financial aid on an annual basis — up to 75 % of tuition for those most in need . Endowed merit scholarships are awarded to those who have demonstrated excellence in academic achievement . Other scholarships and grants are provided to round out a robust tuition assistance program .

Students ’ faith is cultivated through experiences like weekly lunchtime Eucharistic Adoration and confession , weekly all-school Mass in the school ’ s beautiful chapel , and the transformational annual Chi Rho and newly formed MicRho retreats .
