Write or Die (WorD) is a Pittsburgh-area science fiction,
fantasy & horror writing and critique group. Meetings are
free to attend and open to the public. The group includes
experienced writers with decades of writing experience
behind them, and newcomers who have yet to see anything
in print. For the Halloween event, all the stories written and
read by our Write or Die authors will relate to the theme
“Harvest.” There will be readings to feed your nightmares,

ancient, 1,500-year-old Indonesian martial art practiced for
